“Muslim Voices”

I helped co-produce a show for the 350 Newark Celebration event, “MUSLIM VOICES”. It will be held in The Billy Johnson Auditorium at the Newark Museum on Saturday, December 3rd, from 1pm to 4pm. Edin Valez’s film seminar is creating 6 short docs featuring several Muslim communities in the City, and there will be a special tribute to Muhammad Ali. Mayor Ras Baraka has been invited to conduct a reading of his father’s poetry. Here is the Eventbrite link to review the program outline and for registration.
